The ingredients is:
2 packs 540-600g marie biscuits
1 pack/ 250g butter (unsalted / salted)
½ cup / 153g condensed milk
½ cup / 50g cocoa powder
1 cup / 120g milo powder
½ cup / 118 ml hot water
½ teaspoon of salt (if using unsalted butter)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract/essence
Chocolate ganache:
Dr200ml /200g whipping cream
200g dark chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract/essence
1 tablespoon butter
How to cook:
Ok let's start now!
Break the marie biscuits.
Heat the butter until melted.
then add the condensed milk, cocoa powder
and milo powder.
Stir until no lumps.
Add hot water and salt .(if using unsalted
butter).
Pour the broken marie biscuits little by
little.Pour into a baking sheet lined with baking paper or plastic. Flatten and press tightly. Cool in the fridge while preparing the chocolate ganache.
Heat the whipping cream in a pot, can use
fire or microwave.
After the heat, pour the whipping cream
over the dark chocolate that has been
coarsely chopped.
Add the vanilla essence and butter.
Stir until smooth, not lumpy and smooth.
Continue to pour on the surface of batik
cake.
